If the part is damaged due to an electrical short in your vehicle you may have additional charges. This warranty does not cover shipping charges; buyers are responsible for all shipping charges if you have any questions on your warranty or would like to contact us about your unit.

Refund policy
If your part does not fix your issue, you may send it back to us so our experienced technician can retest the part. If the part tests bad, we can either go over your part once again or we can give you a full refund minus shipping & handling and programming fees. If your part tests good, your vehicle may have other issues that need attention. In this case, we will not issue a full refund and you may be responsible for shipping charges.
