3.Why my rear camera can't be detected?
Pls check the AV connector and 4 pin connector first, the AV&4 pin connector may be loose, you can tighten it and re-connect. If it does not work, we will replace the cable/camera for you.
4.When the car is turned on, why can't it turn on automatically? Why keep shutting down and restarting?
Please use our original car charger cable, otherwise, some problems will occur.
5.Why is screen glare so bad?
Clean the lens and note that you need to remove a film from the lens.
Normal rear shot can be replaced with WDR.
