EBC Brakes BSD Performance Discs are grooved brake discs. The blade-shaped slots ensure that hot gas and debris do not get between the surface of the pad and disc, making for more consistent braking.

EBC Brakes BSD Performance Discs are high-quality carbon discs that are ideal for track days, race or fastest street use where the standard discs are suffering from heavy use, high temperatures and unstable braking performance.
The blade-shaped slots in the face of the disc allow hot gasses to escape, keeping the disc cooler and making for consistent braking even during sustained braking. They also sweep the face of the disc clean ensuring even wear and a good interface between the disc and pad.
All EBC brake discs are European made, with most part numbers cast and machined here in the UK. They are precision machined to the finest tolerances and are a premium quality brake discs that are better than many OEM type brake discs being sold.
EBC Brakes manufacture the brake discs from their unique 'Discalloy' which gives a more thermally stable cast iron.
